Proliferation Financing

Weapons proliferation can have severe consequences for global security, with significant regulatory repercussions for financial institutions that inadvertently facilitate it. Banks are expected to play an active role in counter-proliferation efforts. The Proliferation Financing course equips financial intelligence professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to identify and combat proliferation financing, with particular focus on the methods used to transfer value between buyers and sellers of weapons of mass destruction components.
