The Wildlife Trafficking course examines suspicious financial patterns that may indicate the illegal trade in wildlife. Developed in collaboration with The Royal Foundation United for Wildlife, the course uses detailed case studies, examples, and red flags to help participants identify potential indicators of wildlife trafficking. Participants explore how wildlife trafficking supports broader criminal networks and how financial institutions can detect and report suspicious transactions to help disrupt these activitie

This 12-week course is delivered online with instructor-led delivery and assessed to UK postgraduate standards.

This course is offered as an elective course on the Advanced Diploma and Applied Diploma. It may also be studied independently as part of the professional development route.
